Hindley B 0 v U13 5
A good win against a committed Hindley side.
The ref didn’t turn up, so Paul the Hindley manager reffed the game and he did a very good job.
Archie and Mike up front caused lots of problems – Archie with his pace and Mike with his strength and never say die attitude. They both scored 2 goals each to give us a half time lead of 4-0.
Nick and Jack in midfield did well, getting the ball forward quickly and the back 4 restricted Hindley to one shot which Adam saved well.
The 2nd half was a bit scrappy as we swapped players around and used all the subs.
Reece was making some good runs down the left from full back, having his best game of the season.
We switched Myles upfront and he caused havoc with his strong running, creating the corner from which Tom S scored his first ever goal for us at 11 a side with a great diving header !!
