Billinge continued with their recent good form with a confident victory over Highfield Grange. There were not too many chances in the first half, however, some sustained Billinge pressure forced Highfield to put through their own net to give Billinge a 1-0 half time lead.
Billinge took control in the second half with some tireless work by Jake S in midfield. Luke M, Matthew P, Chris C Sean C and Dan T all had a great game at the back and never really looked like conceding.
Bradley S finally got his just desserts with a goal midway through the 2nd half and Sam B-F sealed the win with a well taken goal following a great through ball from Jacob P.
