Billinge started off brightly and took an early lead through Sam B-F. This lead was doubled by Jake S and Billinge were very comfortable with a 2-0 lead at half time.
Billinge continued to push during the second half and spurned a host of good chances to further extend their lead. Young Gate played on the break, but more than met their match with a solid Billinge back line performance.
Young Gate finally snatched a late consolation goal , but the result never looked in any doubt.
